Guaranteed Savings or Classic Membership Fee Refunded.*

This guarantee is applicable when you purchase a land or cruise package holiday with Sunquest, Transat Holidays, Nolitours, Signature, Sunwing, WestJet Vacations or Encore CruiseEscapes, or any major Cruise Line.

We guarantee to refund your Classic Membership fee for the year, if on the anniversary of the date you joined lastminuteclub.com, your savings on any package holiday booked (with any of the Tour Operators or Cruise Lines specified above) during the previous year do not equal or exceed the amount you paid for your membership. If you do not book a package holiday or cruise (as per the above) with The Last Minute Club (as of your anniversary date), the Classic Membership fee will not be refunded. The Last Minute Club has the right to change or alter the suppliers at any time without notice.

To receive your refund, we will need a document showing both the original price and the lower selling price e.g. a screen print of the tour operator or cruise line web site or other printed proof of price differential at time of booking. Your refund must be claimed within two weeks of your membership anniversary date for the preceding year.

* Premium Membership holders will receive a refund equivalent to the price of the Classic Membership Fee.

We guarantee that if, on the day you make your booking for any package or cruise product, you find a lower price for the same holiday, we'll match it, provided space is available and accommodation, inclusions, duration,departure date and tour operator are identical.


Advance Booking Price Protection Guarantee On Our Exclusive Advance Booking Deals
Guarantees You The Lowest Price Possible Right Up to Your Departure

The guarantee below is applicable to select Sunquest Advance Booking Deals product (with specific departure date(s) and a pre-determined advance booking requirement) that are identified as Advance Booking Deals on our website. The Advance Booking Price Protection Guarantee does not apply to any reservation not specifically made in conjunction with an Advance Booking Deal offer. Guarantee is for new bookings only effective on or after November 3rd 2009 and is not applicable to groups.

We guarantee to refund any price differential when you book the specific featured Sunquest Advance Booking Deals product during a specified time period. Here are a couple of examples: A 6-month advance booking promotion is announced for Hotel A in the Riviera Maya for departures between January 15 & 27. You would book 6 months in advance between July 15 and 27. A 3-month advance booking promotion is announced for Hotel Z in the Dominican Republic for departures between February 12 & 28. You would book 3 months in advance between November 15 & 28.

In each case, if Sunquest drops the price of that specific product you booked before you travel - we will refund the difference to you. We will need a document showing both the original price and the lower selling price e.g. a screen print from the lastminuteclub.com or Sunquest.ca web site or other printed proof of price differential at time of booking. Note that the Advance Booking Price Protection Guarantee is only applicable in conjunction with select Advance Booking Deals offered with Sunquest Vacations.
